Wanted deer/turkey lease (Finder's Fee)

I will pay a $250.00 finders fee to anyone who puts me onto a good club or lease within a 1 hr drive of Olive Branch, MS. I would prefer a place around Tunica south down to Dundee. Inside the levee would be outstanding but I also like the pockets of woods on the east side of 61. I am really open to all options. The price I am willing to pay is flexible and contingent on the land, deer, etc. I am looking for managed ground with good history, a solid group of members, and a long term opportunity. I am 36 with a 4 yo little girl and a second little girl on the way. I will need some solitude every once in a while! I have no interest in shooting immature deer and I will follow all management and/or club rules.
