Yay! Storm dropped another half a tree on my house!

Postby iron grip » Mon Apr 02, 2012 6:15 pm

I mean what the h e double L is up? Every couple years a storm comes through ne jaxn and jacks me up... No power, part of the roof broke up... Un-freakin-believable. Should have gotten the electrician to make my power box accept a generator plug in last time this happened. Be nice if I get to keep the two fridge/freezers and one box freezer slap full of food! :?

April storms SUCK!

Holler if you need a saw and some help.

Hey guys thanks for all the help offers. Thats super nice. Got several pm's also so thanks everybody!

Bout to finish cutting the tree and the electricians are here working so we'll be back up on the grid b tomorrow, today if we're real lucky. This is the third or fourth time we've gone through this so we're pretty good at the drill by now :?

Knocking on wood now cause again we were lucky no one was hurt and no vehicles were parked where they normally are so they didn't get jacked up too. Hope it's not a reoccourence of last time this happened where two days later a tornado popped up and fell two trees on the house!

You might want to be heads up tomorrow. The storm that went through Dallas today with a couple of tornadoes is supposed to be in MS tomorrow afternoon.

Still got about eight trees left on the property, and everyone of 'em could hit the house if it fell in the right (wrong) direction.

I know right with the storms headed this way its lining up just like April '08!!! I hope we get lucky...
