Muck Boot Issue
Muck Boot Issue
Does anyone have a problem with Muck boots being too tight on your legs at the top of your boot? I bought a pair of the uninsulated mucks for warm weather deer hunting and turkey hunting. The seam around the top is so tight that it makes them uncomfortable to wear and I have skinny chicken legs. Anyone else have that problem with muck boots?

Yes. Too tight all the way down to my cankles....but plenty of room around the foot.

Re: Muck Boot Issue
Really? I have large calves and relatively small feet and have always thought Muck boots were too large. I tuck my pants inside the boot and they still move a little bit. Lacrosse and others are definitely smaller in circumference relative to the size vs. Muck.
Re: Muck Boot Issue
my chicken chit legs don't near fill up the boot in my woody armor. moves a good bit even with my pants tucked in.

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day

Mine fit perfect. First pair of slip on rubber type boots I have actually liked.

Here are the ones I bought. The foot part fits fine but the neoprene part is skin tight and the seam around the top is even tighter. The seam is what is so uncomfortable. I'm not joking when I say I have some skinny bird legs. Maybe they will stretch out after I wear them a while.

Did yall not try them on before you bought them?
Re: Muck Boot Issue
Yep, tried them on but I did not notice it at the time. My mistake. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.arduckslayer wrote:Did yall not try them on before you bought them?

Re: Muck Boot Issue
Bigoak, mine are the same way, I took my top and rolled it to the outside so that the seam is now about an inch down the top of the boot, fit fine now, mine were so tight I would have a red ring around my calf. Just use about an inch or so and turn it "wrong side out" if you will.
