Thoughts and prayers with Karen, Travis, and T.J.

Thanks ya ll. we where supposed to go to icu at 11 this morning.... We re still in er semi private room which is a Tyler perry family reunion. Told us again shed get a bed in icu but no ideal when. Blood pressure still good another cat scan in am for comparison sake and then mra's of head and neck looking for blocked arteries. We re here for a couple days at least. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I'm not letting her talk on phone or visitors as her bp goes up when she does so please understand when I don't answer a call. Thanks ya ll

Update....

In ICU at 11:30PM. B/P stable. Got some sleep last nite. Cat scans today to check against yesterday's and further examination.

........and the hospital staff thinks this will help lower her blood pressure? I feel for both of you.

Update.....
Karen is beginning to feel better. In ICU at present time. Hoping to get in a real romm, with a bathroom, today. Should do an echo on heart today. MRI show that the bleed is not worse. Some weak spots in several arteries. B/P still high but low for Karen. Both Travis and Karen are in better spirits.

Update....
Karen is now in a room. Still trying to keep her quite to maintain b/p. Things are looking much brighter and Travis says to convey his thanks for all the prayers. No phone calls yet.

How can anyone remain calm and quiet with Travis up in the room!

He did tell me that he found it very difficult to keep his "composure" with her wearing the gown with no back.

We re home. No real answers except chronic hi blood pressure. She felt good today went to lunch and grocery store. I cooked her some lemon pepper chicken, but I tricked her and put it on a salad. Bp up now and she's gone to bed with a headache. . Thanks for the thoughts and prayers y'all. I've read her every post, text, message, and Facebook note. It really meant a lot to us. Travis
