There isn't a writer in the world that can fabricate that story. That is reality, and as someone said so simply: that's what it is all about. That is truly what this life is about.

My gosh that is one of the most touching stories I have ever read. I could have easily missed it but I didn't and I am sure glad I didn't. Things like that really add perspective to your life. Oh and ya'll go ahead with allergies, I shed a tear.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

The fact that he has Down's makes the story remarkable and even more touching, but any of us who has shared a blind with his father or son should be able to place himself in either Eric's or his dad's shoes! Sharing those memories and creating that happiness is what the outdoor sports are all about in my book!
