I grew up with Boston Terriers and always loved them, parents still have one and always will.

I have a buddy that has a couple of pugs and they are not my favorite! They have bad nasal problems from what I understand and snore every time they move! Ha I do have a Boston terrier that is one of the smartest and loving dogs I have ever seen.... When raised with children I believe it is a wonderful inside dog... Doesn't shed.... Also my next insider will be a mini schnauzer.....

+ 1 on the miniature weenie. Go with the short hair if you do.

we have a miniature schnauzer and they are great inside dogs, really smart, don't shed, generally they are exceptionally healthy, ours is 10 years old and has only been to the vet once and that was because he ate a whole bag of spicy hot doritos
