Doesn't the v6 have more torque and HP on paper? Plus better Gas millege?

Not only on paper but to the rear wheels too, 365hp @5000 rpm and 420 tq@2500 rpm will blow the doors off the 5.0 Litre.

actually the ecoboost only gets about 315hp to the rear wheels...only 5 more than the 5.0

the ecoboost has about 40 more ft/lbs of torque

if i were going to buy a truck and leave it stock, i would go with the ecoboost....but i like to void warranties :mrgreen:

I know but the 420 ft/lb of torque at 2500 rpm is where it gets the 5.0 and gets it bad.

Went to the lot looking for an ingot silver 145" 5.0 4x4 crew lariat and drove away in a 2012 fx4 dark gray 145" crew ecoboost.
