I tried that diet several months back and parted with 20 lbs. As always, keeping it off is tough.

Yeah, I need to get back down to 180. I have been running 2 miles every night and doing push ups and sit ups. I am running a 6:30 mile which I feel is pretty good for a 50 year old man

way to go and congrats.

i need to get on one and stay on one and loose about 25 to 35 pounds. my trouble is finding a good time to exercise. i know if i make it important enough i will make the time. i get up at 5 and leave at 545 and get to work around 630 or so. sometimes its 5 when i leave work, sometimes is dark thirty. i can do good in spring and summer when we are busy as a cat covering $#!+ on a linoleum floor dodging rocking chairs. i generally loose about 15 or so pounds then.
