Hunted Mahannah this am in the only water we could find...


Two of us killed 12 greenheads, and a banded commorant. It was likely the best opener I have ever had. Can't remember killing 12 ducks so fast.

Super opener 56 ducks mallards gadwalls few teal 3 lovely bootlips and 1 beautiful band. Best we've had. Good times are here. :D :lol: :lol:

We got 2 green wing drakes, 1 bufflehead hen, 3 common mergansers, 1 hooded merganser, and 6 coots off the coast (Waveland area). I guess at least we got to shoot.

We killed 15 in 15 min and a great blue heron. Hate we had to leave but ol greenjeans was getting too close. I'm sure glad DU bought it a lot leSs competition. Hahahahahahhaha

Not a shell has been spent yet this year. But the 'hunting' has still been good. Hunting public land just like I have done my whole life.

Another super day breakfast and lunch in the blind 46 total mix bag quit at 2:00. Get them while we can :) may not last.
