Taxidermist help

Hey guys my Uncle's Grandson caught a 10lb bass and they want to mount it. I tried to get them to do a replica of it but they wouldn't have none of it. They want the real thing. I know Ellis is great on deer in my opinion but who would you guys suggest he use for the fish?

+1 Bobby is top notch. He is who I have do every deer, duck, or fish. I've got photos of most if you want some ideas of his work. But I can assure you, when it comes to mounting stuff, he is the man.
