Where to find old DU prints- Mossy Brake Mallards

Postby matador1 » Sun Oct 16, 2011 7:55 am

I'm looking for a specific print, not even sure what year it was. But it's Mossy Brake Mallards by Jon C Reimers. I've googled it and can't even find any info on the artist.
Any ideas where else to look?

I had that print a few years back. My mother picked it up in mint condition for 10 bucks at a yard sale years ago while I was in college. I let on my step brother use it to hang on his wall in his first house cause I didnt have room for it at the time. It had the artist info and picture on the back. After he moved his dumb booty inlaws thought they didnt need it and threw it out back on a trash pile and burnt it. To this day I wanna take a stick to there heads for it.

Not sure, but going to say late 80s early 90s. It has some ducks cuuped up landing in Mossy. But the cool thing to me about it is in one corner it has a pic of my father in laws old camp and the opposite corner has the old mossy bridge. Woudl juct be cool to have.

Yep thats the one. How rare is this print? Dare I ask? May make me miss it worse. I really loved that print. I think it was a early to mid 80's print but wow thats cool that the cabin in the pic was your father in laws.

Not sure how rare but a lot of history there. Not only is the camp significant but my brother in law drowned when their truck ran off that bridge 30 years ago. My father in law and i used to cross that old rickety bridge on 4 wheeler long after it was condemenrd to hunt on Mossy Island. Just a lot of reasons to try and find it.
