How much for decoys?

Postby Clifford » Tue Dec 11, 2001 6:37 pm

Guys, I am in the process of getting rid of some stuff to make room for some more stuff... Sound familar?
Can anyone tell me what a dozen Flambeau water keel decoys ready to go would be worth...
They might have been in the water once or twice, but thats it... The rest of the time they have been stored, in my shed, out of the weather...
I have several dozen, and it doesn't look like I will ever get back to duck hunting, at least the way we used to do it...
So what is a fair price?

those decoys are going for $19.99-24.99 dozen without rigging, so u wont get much unless u have a large quantity.

Clifford -- I will be driving through McComb this Friday and again on the Friday before Christmas. I am interested in purchasing both mallards and scaup if we can agree on a price and quantity. Are the decoys rigged? If so, with what? Is there anything you would be interested in trading for? I will be driving up from New Orleans. You can contact me at Jefferson@Louisiana.com.

I, too, would be interested. Looks like you may have started a bidding. How many, how much, how old, what's included?
