No disrespect, but I don't think so. Playing in hostile environment against a team that is getting better and is not as bad as many people think. Boise beat them and Boise is good. USCe barely beat them and they will likely win the East. Match that with State losing to a horrible Auburn team and almost losing to a horrible Louisiana Tech team starting a 5'8" true freshman on the road.

State wll go down as one of the most overrated teams of 2011. I bought into the hype too. I won't be fooled again. State will likely finish the regular season 6-6 with a win over Ole Miss to go to the Liberty or Independence Bowl.

If I am wrong and State beats Georgia, I will gladly come back to this thread and eat my humble pie with a side of crow.

I didnt say they would, in fact, I don't believe they will. But I know they can and won't be the least bit surprised if they do....also wouldn't be surprised if they lose by 21. I think the problem is not in the players so much as it has been the coaching and their preparation. We will find out soon enough.
