Need help with zip line idea
Re: Need help with zip line idea
old cotton trailers work great as bridges and you can get one for almost nothing. I got 2 of em on our place.

My next question would be if you own the property why not put a permanent stand in or a milenium with multiple climbing sticks on different spots and eliminate having to cross with all the gear?

Why don't you put a rope bridge across it? tie it to some trees and you want have to worry about the water taking it anywhere. We have several place like this in the swamp and that what we did.. Google them they work good for us and safe! as for getting a deer across you still going to have to wench it.

we use metal racking from a warehouse. Most pieces are less than 25 feet long with plywood attached for a smooth walking surface. Both ends are staked so it can't float away in high water.
