We've gotta be worried about the $800 allegation........oh please.....

There's some conflicting evidence there........the kid said that state paid the full price for both courses during summer school.......supposedly the $800.......kinda funny though........since each course at that private school costs $500.

$800 and $1000 don't match.......if the kid had at least gotten his bogus claim right dealing with the money........might've had a leg to stand on.

You wanna know who really paid for the classes??? The school the went to.......USM....

Give it a rest Mr. Russell........ya ain't gonna out argue me......never..

MEMO TO HAMMER JAMMER RAMMER MAN:::::
Get your memo info correct!!!! MSU and South Carolina Bring up the rear of the SEC when it comes to all time football winning percentage. Both state and South Carolina have all time losing records.. you stated that state was barley ahead of Uk and Vandy that is incorrect. but not nearly as incorrect as you implication that Msu and Jackie "Prince of Death " Sherill. were responsible for UMISS last probation.

puff pufffff give pufff pufff give pufff pufff give

Nice try BigWater but I guess they dont teach yall Statistics over there in Starkpatch, so why dont you REGRESS this...And while you are at it run a little F TEST on it...Or maybe a MONTE CARLO SIMULATION...

Conference Games Since 1933:

VANDY .257
KY .326
MSU .346
USC .369
ARK .477
OM .518
AUB .549
LSU .556
FLA .565
UGA .589
UT .660
UA .696

These figures are through the 2002 season...Since MSU did not win a SEC game (again) in 2003 and since USC, VANDY and KY all did win at least one SEC game, the MAROONS are closer to the bottom than they were before the 2003 season...Note that OM is better than .518 since we finished at 7-1 in conference in 2003...The sum of these two parts is that the Rebels have an even bigger lead over the Maroons than before and that we are closing on AUB fast...

The statistics you quote are for ALL games, not just conference games...Since ALL games includes games against D2, D3, the Sisters of Mercy, etc., then the conference games winning percentage is a far more valid statistic...Not that you would understand that...

As for GH22, I was literally debating OM vs. MSU before you were born...
I was selling cokes and hot dogs at OM&MSU double headers literally before you were born...I thought I explained this to you before...Until you've thrown mud bags on a rig in the Gulf, climbed powerlines in the Everglades, cowboyed up out in Durango, skiied a week in the Thoroughfare near Jackson Hole, boogied with Sweet Sammie Myers, ZZ Hill and Glen Holmes until daylight, shot craps at JRs in Holmes County, been thrown out of the Country Store for starting a riot, etc, etc, etc, you dont need to even think about calling me out...

You are putty in my hands...Like taking candy from a baby...Now sit down, be quiet and listen- you might learn something.

No MUSEUM searches needed here !

I got this in an e-mail earlier today. I don't like the sound of it. I would've started a new thread for it, but you know how everyone is about the sports threads on here.....

I found out from a source in the athletic department yesterday that MSU
>will be sporting new football uniforms for sure this year. White pants
>with two maroon stripes on the side of the leg. Shirts with just
numerals
> on front, back, & sleeve with name on back...no black at all...no
>stripes. A small M-State logo will be on the front of the shirt right
at
>the base of the v-neck. M-state logo on white helmets with maroon
>facemasks. The guy said that they looked pretty good...sort of a
>throwback look like Alabama.

I liked the old MSU logo on the helmets. I think the best looking uniforms they had were the maroon jersey, maroon pants, and maroon helmets. That or their away uniforms with the maroon pants and helmet with white jerseys. I hated those white helmets!

The prior logo is a trademark of Nike.......and the university severed all ties since Sherrill left.........and Templeton was too cheap to buy it from Nike. Croom is hooked up with russell athletics......new helmets......uni's.....everything. As long as Croom is here you'll never seen a maroon helmet again.......and the M State basketball logo sucks on the helmet. The all white uni's suck too.......

I been out a few days...Now where were we...Oh yeah, OM dominace of MSU in football...

Look Maroons, this is a what have you done for me lately world...so lets talk about the immediate past...That's how we got started way back about 72 or 73 posts ago...Fact is OM was #12 in the country in football, MSU was nada...OM finished 2nd in West in baseball, MSU did not make SEC tourney...Hoops is clearly MSU...But who really cares about hoops and baseball other than a way to get through the off season? Football is King in the South and we all know it...OM has dominated/will dominate MSU in football...That's just the way it is...I swear the Maroon Nation would be much happier if you would just accept that reality and get on with your lives instead of letting your inferiority complex fester...

Fact is that MSU is so bad that if they beat OM in football anytime in the next 5 years it will be a miracle...Besides I played football in HS, not basketball or baseball so that is the sport that I can talk about with authority...I know the game because I played it...For what its worth, I played it at a high enough level that I was all conference on two state champion teams and got D2 scholarship offers...

OM is loaded...The Rebels will go at least 8-3 this year, maybe better....If OM doesnt win the West this year, LSU will- just like last year...MSU will be very lucky to win a SEC game- just like last year...

Is there really anything else to say?

HAMMER

PS Go ahead GH22, I'll let you have the last word, but this is it for me on this thread...I've got Jap millet to plant, blinds to build, stands to fix, etc but I will be coming back at you as football season nears to see if you have the brass to put some $$$ where your mouth is.
