How was your hunt this past weekend? We did alot better this past weekend than the week before, was thinking about hunting on the island this weekend for the first time, think it would be worth it?

it was terrible on the north end. there are no ducks what so ever.. i deer hunted all weekend. there was three groups hunting two on flat lake and one on willow bayou and i think together they got four birds... i don't think there is many in the whole area.. i wouldn't recommend going to the island.. glad to hear you had some luck i ain't even killed enough to have a mess for supper.. see ya ben
