Okay ya'll it's time to go to an electronic time clock rather than honor code at the office. I use quick books to do payroll, and tried looking at the reccommended programs and they are all about $500.
Seems like there has to be a cheaper better solution, anyone have experience with anything? It doesn't have to be QB compatible.

Re: Ask DS... time clocks?
We use ADP easy labor manager here at the golf course, and it works really good for us. However if they forget to clock in or out one day it scews it all up and I have to fix it when I go through and check it before I send to Corporate

Re: Ask DS... time clocks?
We use etime through ADP for payroll, but your looking at alot more than $500. Would $500 even buy a mechanical time clock and then just use time tickets?

We use the paper method. Easy for white folks, takes a brotha an hour and a half on monday morning to make it add up to 40. I feel your pain. I feel like a "@#$%#" first grade teacher sometimes. I guess that's what they mean when they say "fugged up like a naggers checkbook"
