Hindsight is 20/20 but should have bought Priceline yesterday. It has gone up 22% today. That doesn't really answer your question though.

I am in BIDU but make sure you do your own research first.

Investing tips......
1. Don't invest more than you are scared to lose.
2. Its hard to catch a falling knife.
3. Its hard to catch a shooting star.
4. You are probably not ahead of the curve as much as you think you are. Unless your uncle is CEO of a company, and then its illegal, you are not going to get info that guys "in the know" are way ahead of you on.
5. Don't buy an individual stock or stocks as your long term plan overweighted. You can't even trust the numbers companies come out with anymore. Too much shady business going on to count on what they say.
6. More people lose than win trying to "make a quick buck".
7. Buy long term. Buy mutuals. Diversify.

"Playing" in the stock market is always dangerous. For long term investing I would use no load, non proprietary, mutuals with a solid 10 to 15 year track record. No fast movers that are going to flame out just as fast as they went nuclear. Get in it for the long haul and then don't sit and look at it every day because you will drive yourself nut. Spread it around with safe investments and have some Government bonds for security and tax advantage.

I'm a very conservative person though so it's all about your tolerance. If you can hang with the roller coaster more power to you.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. Benjamin Franklin.

Those who can do. Those who can't get on MSDUCKS and try to convince everyone they can.

Do your own research and I offer the disclaimer that I am NOT a stock expert. I recently made a good return on BORK. It is very cheap and they appear to have great potential. However, they are still very volatile at this point in the game. Hope this helps.
