I would whore out CLOSE family and friends for extended periods of time, against their will, to hunt that place.

Re: Coca Cola woods?
Well I'll likely never hunt something like that in my lifetime, however one thing I can say for sure I will likely be a life long marsh hunter, grew up hutning it and it's just duck hunting to me, lots of work but normally lots of fun.
However we just don't kill mallards in the marsh anymore and I do miss killing mallards on a regular basis. Watching that video just amazes me, I have hunted pretty much all types of waterfowl habitat, but I have never seen that many mallards trying to get into one timber hole at one time.
There may be better places, but I would love to see that once in my lifetime. That is impressive.

I know of a hole in minter city that fills up with gadwalls like that place does mallards. I look forward to being invited every year to hunt there. Hunted it 3x this year and killed the limit every day by 730. Sure is fun shooting gaddies

Just a side note: I noticed Rick Dunn and Freddie King and crew in that clip. Get you some of the Echo dvd's cause they shoot alot of the video in those holes, so you can watch about three hours worth of action. See the one where they were using their compound bows and shooting ducks.

How did it get the name Coca Cola Woods? Was it the Lyons Family that started it? I wonder if I use my employee credentials, could I get a discounted hunt there? We are kinda like American Express.... membership has it's privledges.

Re: Coca Cola woods?
It was once owned by a Cocal Cola exec from over here in Albania and he named it that.
