Well, I have to tell everyone that getting that Holter monitor removed was quite the event at Pet Harbor on Friday afternoon! I think the only staff left up front or anywhere else in the clinic was maybe one lady answering the phone!
When EMD arrives at Pet Harbor, she IMMEDIATELY goes to the scale in the hallway, hops on it and sits down with tail wagging. The girl likes to know what she's supposed to do, when & where.
Here's the new "do" our girl is sporting right now:
The one on the top of her back is VERY TICKLISH if you touch it just right.
She's pretty antsy to work right now, but it is too hot to do much, and I want GulfCoast to watch out what kind of cover she goes through until the shaved spots on her chest toughen up a bit & have at least a little fuz on them.
We are walking regularly, and her energy level appears to be high.
GC took care of FedExing the Holter monitor back to LSU from the office today. They said they'd let us know right away if there was anything of immediate concern, and that it would then take about a week for them to read the entire thing.
