As far as Costa's with their new RX lab, the turn around time is significant so far as it's a new system. As I said above, figure a good 2-3 weeks.

If someone tries to sell you RX costas on the net it's not costas, run....

AS far as cost the Rx Costas are pretty pricey, you will be looking at $4-500 for 580 lenses with mirror.

That's great to hear that turnaround time is getting better, we have been very happy with the product so far.

He recommended Costas and I had my first pair for about 6 years. They broke last winter and it's time for an updated Rx anyway. Looking for another pair now. Working the water w/o shades is killing me.
I never wore them until I worked in the Golf industry. I just about cant go outside without them. My eyes just hurt because its so bright. A good pair of sunglasses are well worth the $ spent. My ole lady use to wear those cheapo off the shelf "in style" sunglass for the looks. I bought her a nice pair and now she wont wear anything less. The difference between cheap and quality is no contest. Your eyes will thank you..

Mine took around 10 days and I think with tax and all, it was $440. I love them so much, I don't really wear contacts anymore.

For some reason Costas's do not fit me right. I have been wearing costa's for years. Way before they were "cool". They never have fit my right. My head must be too narrow or something because they fit too loose and slide down my nose. Old fashioned Oakley M frames fit me perfect.

You get what you pay for.... and the quality is not the same I can promise you.
Believe what you want. I've had both and I'm telling you that you wouldnt be able to tell the difference.
