Conceal Carry Question
Conceal Carry Question
Regarding blood alcohol level while carrying a pistol with a valid Mississippi firearms permit. I am sure there is a law devoted to this but I have not been able to find it though im sure it exists. Please help.

Re: Conceal Carry Question
I dont know anything about the law but I think having anything to drink while carrying is a recipe for disaster.

Re: Conceal Carry Question
When I looked for that law in the past, there was nothing in MS regarding BAC levels and carrying a weapon.

If I remember correctly, the only thing I can recall is that you can't carry in a bar

there was a recent bill that passed that will remove all of these restricted places except the courtroom area of a court house, police stations, and schools. but you have to take a nra certified course to have the endorsement on your ccw to allow you to do so. i believe this goes into effect on july 1...someone correct me if any of this is wrong (like i need to say that around here)
