Orange Beach Opinion

Postby fieldt76 » Mon Apr 25, 2011 10:18 pm

My girlfriend and I, plus one other couple are going to Orange Beach May 19-23. I'm not real familiar with the area and don't know where the best places are to stay. I've been looking all over VRBO, but can't really tell which ones are the best. Looking for a nice, beachfront condo with a cool pool area. I'd appreciate some opinions. Thanks

why?

I'm still seeing plenty of stuff available at this point, just don't know which one to pick. I really like a good pool area, because the beach kind of sucks. The things we do for women.

http://hangoutmusicfest.com/ - I figured this would be filling stuff up quick (or already had). And no offense, but I never understood why people will drive hours and hours to the coast only to sit by a pool . . . But that's your choice. Hope you don't mind some hippies and wookies around that weekend . . .

My woman loves the beach and I'm better off when she's happy. I hate the beach so I need a pool and massive amounts of alcohol.

well as far as eating you have: live bait, flora bama has good food good music and good drinks, shuckers at the wharf ( just like on the Ross Barnett), and i remember we went to a spot off in the sticks between foley and gulf shores to a place- not sure of the name but ill get it- but it was really good food and pretty reasonable. lulus in gulf shores, king neptunes in gulf shores. thats all fairly close to where your gonna be.
