Got established clover. Want to plant strips to make it more diverse. Soybeans, milo? Suggestions needed.

Joint Vetch (Deer Vetch, Aschynomene)... I tried it last year and it was pretty awesome. I had several pics of 10-12 different bucks feeding in a small 1 acre plot all summer. I WILL plant more this year. My be worth your while to try it in a plot and see what you think.

late April-end of May. It does good in some shade too. It seemed to do better in places that were low, and had good soil moisture. It has a ton of protein, and keeps growing as the deer nip it off. They let mine get about 8" tall, then kept it eaten down after that. Missed a nice 9 point in mine the first week of bow season...too dark :)

I've got a 50 lb bag that I will not be able to plant. Make a reasonable offer if you could put it to use.

The planting rate is 15 lb/acre drilled or 20 lbs/acre broadcast. $100 for the bag. That is half price of what the Co-Op is asking. You want me to drop it off by your house?
