Thanks.... it is not something that he has wanted to let people know about. He has battled it for 3 years now, and the seizures have erased allot of his memory.
The tumor is probably not cancer, but it is touching the main carotid artery in his brain. It is in a location that should not cause any permanent harm when they remove it.

He is having the surgery at LeBonheur hospital in Memphis... by a world-class neuro surgeon. So we are really blessed there.

Again, thanks for the notes. I know it will thrill him to get those....
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

MSB, as soon as I get back to civilization (at the lake), I'll get a card to Jr. and the prayers have been coming since I first read this.

In the meanwhile, you tell Jr. that I'm just thinking that with him being a young fellow from Memphis, who played linebacker, and has the paternal genetics he has...the real surprise in all this is that he has a brain at all! :P

Be sure you tell him that for me!
