Saw something unusal early this morning
Driving out to turkey hunt this morning I saw a doe and a fawn standing right beside the road. The fawn was real little and had spots. Isn't it kind of early in the year to see a fawn?
Re: Saw something unusal early this morning
Completely bizarre. That doe was bred in may or June probably. 5-6m after normal rut. Could they have escaped from some pen or breeding program?
No, i don't want to know you ---- teul

late i would say. Still seeing some bucks burning up does on the trace. However the latest chasing i have ever seen was march 17. I spotted fawn this time of year is very odd by any standard.

I was walking through the timber Saturday while I was turkey hunting and saw 9 different scrapes that had been recently used.......alot.
