Tips for an effective goose hunt setup

what is your idea of a good snow goose setup for decoys.....i.e.....what are some helpful hints, and dos and donts.....

im a novice at this, but we are taking a few of my doctors hunting saturday to my duck camp....my camp owner and one of his buddies are supposedly great gooose hunters, but ive never hunted with them....i have goose hunted with decoys before, and its either a slaughter fest, or complete miss......not to mention i havent done it in 8 years....

just looking for some tips that i can bring to the table
