Where do you get the application at?

Make sure you go to the post office or somewhere that does passport photos to get your photo taken and take exact cash/money order with you. Tuesday's and Wednesday's at the MHP station on Woodrow Wilson in Jackson is where to go.

You can do the photo yourself... I did mine..

I guess you can if you all did. When I went by the location the lady told me it had to be a passport photo.

I went to the brand new one in woolmarket, and they took self pics or passport photos pluss they took an extra one there and they took debit
