Mr. Pat can you please post a couple speck mounts if you have any! I killed my first this year and want it mounted. Just wanted to get an idea of what to do with it.

How do you attach the lanyard to the top of the spent shotgun shells on the turkey beards? Glue?

Pop out primer. Push loop through with knot on the inside. Fill 1/2 with hot glue and stick beard in. Hold until cured.

What Bill said basically, but make sure you pop the beard out of the turkey and not cut it out. Any skin left will rot and attract bugs and your beard will fall apart.

You can add the spurs on both sides if you want, I don't on mine though.
