Glad to see the legislators really addressing the pressing needs of our state. Good job, this bill will probably be debated and bickered over, completely wasting the time and money of the taxpayers.

for starters Mr duvall is an MSU grad. and he is the one who drew up this piece of legislation. sounds like you might oughta be pizzed at him.

didnt read a post where someone was takin a shot at ole miss for this goin into congress..... more of congress for killin time on it....... regardless of where he went to college.
