where are you seeing this on whitehead and CJ? i can't find anything?

CJ is still wavering but Whitehead is going to OM. This info comes from "Fancy" Yancy Porter and Steve "Rose Bowl" Robertson of the Scout sites.

Lets see if TSUN can convert these guys into SEC football players. We know Mullen can take talented guiys to the next level.

I think C.J. still winds up in Starkville. Not sure about the whitehead kid. Bressell is probably going to bama or UM

Sounds like CJ is leaning towards LSU now. I just hope they don't screw it up.

Almost without fail, since Miles has been at LSU, he pulls a late surprise recruit. Last year, it was Copeland (and Ego Ferguson), the year before Sam Montgomery, etc. I am starting to wonder if CJ is going to be Miles surprise recruit this year. I saw that he was awarded his 5th star by rivals. If LSU lands him (and with the outside chance they land Clowney), they could end up with 4 or 5 five star recruits in this class.

I think one of the things that may bode well for LSU with CJ is the fact that LB is LSUs thinnest position. Therefore, LSU can legitimately offer early playing time, if not starting time, on a team that will begin the season in the preseason Top 5. Neither State or Ole Miss can offer that, so the balance shifts towards LSU.

MSU could offer him playing time with 2 LBs leaving, but not a pre-season top 5 ranking. Maybe a top 20 ranking? Time to talk to that boy and tell him he needs to stay close to home so Mama can watch him play.

CJ's facebook status said that he wasn't considering State due to people annoying him on facebook...wonder whats up with that?

More than likely it was a bunch of Ole Miss fans posing as State fans. Supposedly one person posing as a State fan made some racist comments that said if you come to State we will feed you all the watermelon, ribs and fried chicken you can stand. Another posted that he thought CJ was pretty smart for a black boy and he would fit in there. Who the heck knows what else was sent to him. I hate these damn social networking sites.
