Snakes!!!

My group encountered 2 snakes at the BDDC Saturday. I was real surprised to see them out this time of year. One of them hit a friend of mine's boot as he walked past it on a levy. Must be global warming. :wink:

Saw a big moccasin at the Overlook last week. Hate those things.

I absolutely hate cotton mouthed copperheaded rattlers. I don't care what people say about them having there place in nature and leaving them alone. The good book said the snake will strike at our heal and we will smite his head. I'm gonna be smitin' and asking questions later. :shock:
