May the mouths of a thousand fleas bite the crotch of these assholes amd may arms be too short too scratch them!

They got 20 years with 10 suspended and 10 to serve................of that they will be up for parole in 2

Why do they sentence 20 and suspend 10 instead of just sentencing 10 in the first place? Is the suspension contingent on good behavior or something to where it could be un-suspended if they don't make parole or something?

because if they get arrested again they will get the suspended 10 years tacked on to their new charge
