Sounds like a lease I almost got into about 4 years ago outside of Ripley....When I looked at the land there were more beer cans and so many roads thru it I figured it was a nightmare in the making.

i really didn't want to tell the county. i am sure some wardens or someone close to one have already read or been notified of this post as well as the ones on other sites. i am close to benton county and we do have alot of roads through our place with alot of beer cans that are littered out by our uninvited guests. i told our club president that i had posted on here and he said if some of the wardens saw it they would get pissed and be harrassing us like they always do but are never able to find a reason to give us a ticket but we can't get them to come over at night and right tons of tickets.

If your club president isn't on board to fight the problem, tell him to grow some balls first. He needs to man up and take the lead on fighting the problem If he has reservations about fighting the problem just because LEO's may check into his operations, then maybe you need to convince him to be on board to be willing to take the right measures to solve the problem.

a lot of the suggestions made here to solve the problem could get you in way more trouble than what they are doing.

The first problem that needs addressing is in the club itself. You have stated that club members don't want to prosecute because they don't want their name associated with it. You have also stated that the president is concerned about LEO showing up and giving your club a once over. Sounds to me like you need to have a club meeting and decide whether y'all really want to address the problem and then develop a program to do so.

As for all the suggestions where either property or person can be damaged or injured, I would suggest doing that only if you have pockets deep enough to handle the litigation. I would also be concerned about the criminal liability incurred.
