I am seriously looking for a deer camp for next year.

What I am looking for:
Good group of guys
Good deer herd with a reasonable management program
Annual lease
North delta or within 1hr of north Mississippi
I can go east also
Maybe some fish in the summer
Not worried about ducks or turkeys on this one

Got a buddy that might be looking, too....he mentioned a club around Duck Hill, MS, straight down I-55 about an hour or so south of Memphis....he said they might have some openings for next year....don't remember the name, but he said one of the main member's phone number is 662-283-3662.
