something like that. I could see my pin and see the deer, but he was just a black oval. I couldnt see his shoulder. Had he followed the same trail as the 8 point he had been following, there was plenty of light to shoot him at that 15 yard spot. Yeah the close encounters is what makes me want to kill him so bad. HE's a stud mature deer for sure. Nice rack, but its his age and big body that makes me want him. I got younger deer that will score just as much or more, but I want him. Plus I like hunting a deer once it gets personal like this.
