You are all but guarenteed a limit of bald eagles everytime you hunt.

Lawdawg, thanks. That was exactly the type of information I was looking for. It was both factual and informative. It specifically addressed each question I posed. I'm sure it was derived from first hand knowledge of the situation. Thanks again for offering such wisdom and insight to a thread.

Dang dude, take a deep breath and unwad your panties. You asked for a pm from owners, and I guess he isn't one and is just kidding around. Don't take life too seriously because you never get out alive.

No panties here. Can I not give a heart felt reply? I was trying to properly thank him for taking time out of his busy day to provide me with some information.

I've talked to Ramsey in the past. Just trying to get a few other views. You know it's different talking to someone about their baby vs talking to someone else that has seen and been around that baby. I knew I had seen a few on here talking about hunting there in the past but could not remember who it was. Thanks for the info.

if it was me, i would find someone who had sold their share in the past, and then ask them why they sold.

Well the thing about Ramsey is that he will shoot you straight and tell you the good and bad about the place even though he could sell ice to an eskimo..... You can count on him to shoot you straight. If I had $150k to invest in a place it would be on my short list along with a couple others in the state. There are huge deer in the area up there, I mean awesome deer. I hear that they are loaded with hogs, good fishing and I think the duck hunting is much like the rest of the state, great at times and crappy at times. Seems like some good folks up there.

both things I said were true and you are correct, it is based on first hand information.

PM me if you want "real" information.
