I've dealt with Drake a good bit...they were always easy and fast...A+ service

Of course I was representing a store that bought a ton of inventory, not just a single customer...so, I don't know how that transcends?

With Drake warranty items I just get a RGA for the return and they credit my card once they receive them.order new ones that day .I buy off their site for this reason.

.......Lacrosse...I had to send them in and wait until they had examined them to be sure they met the requirements for replacement....they said they would not replace them..I raised hell, and then they issued a voucher for replacements. Took a few weeks to get them.

drake makes a good solid pair of waders. I would recommend them. the only problem I had was the shoulder buckle breaking but drake replaced my waders free of charge. They are worth the money

I just bought the Grand Prairie waders from Mack's in the Bottomland. You may want to check those out. I will get my first use this weekend. Opening weekend proved to be a bad situation for my waders. Both boots were leaking bad. Can't complain after 4 seasons with 'em though.

He ain't kidding. All the companies need to send Torch everything (and some do)......if it lasts a season with him.....they know it's a good product.
