Re: Great to meet everyone.
Bigwater gave me a call last night and asked about the opener. He was worried there might be too many people out because he was still trying to find "the right number" for out there. I told him it was fine because there really wasn't that many people. The only 2 groups on our end was us and Lawdawg & Gator. How many were on your end Chad?

This is starting to sound more and more like an opening morning dove hunt. Was anybody yelling, "Coming over!"

There was another group on the next pond over. he took his truck all the way down the pond levee. that's a big no no.

Well actually that did happen a time or 2.

I remember that truck now Alec. If Andy sees him he'll get a scolding.

Looks about like my body.

Besides, if that were me I'd show my thong too.

Not to many on our end. We were on the 2nd pond over and the 2nd pond down, I saw one truck on the first set of ponds toward the woodline, and there was a group of about 5 behind us.

Re: Great to meet everyone.
I'd just like to say I was with driveby and I had a great time. I was the one accused of shooting the turkey choke lol but I assure you it is a waterfowl choke. I don't post much on here but do drop by just about every day. That was my dog Rascal working both days along with his son Spencer. Mississippi has always been a favorite of mine as I run the Southern Flight HRC test as much as I can. That's where I put the CH on Rascal. It is always one of the most difficult but fun places to run a test. I have hunted several places in Mississippi over the last 3 years with a good friend of mine from Mathison. We even spanked some ducks on a private lease he has that joins Mathews Brake. Driveby and I go back a long way so most of the time you see him this year I'll be tagging along. It would be nice to get together with those that could and do some grilling. Our house is not far from the BDDC and ya'll are welcome anytime.

Re: Great to meet everyone.
This is about what those poor bootlips faced last weekend from those Albanians. Was great to meet you driveby. We enjoyed watching the birds fall from the heavens. We would see a duck fly over about 100 yards and start laughing because we knew the sucker was about to meet his death.

Gator, I hope we were able to provide some entertainment but I truly hope we didn't get on your nerves or anything. That's the last thing that any of us would want to do. We're not like that. Anyhow, I would still like to shoot over Magellan one day if you're going to have him out there. I meant to ask about it Friday but forgot.
shooooot naw man.....i'm telling you, i was enthralled by it.
a shoveler would come over and me and lawdawg (ted too, but he left early) would say, "don't shoot that and watch this sucker die."
and die they did............over and over and over

it was a good time, good to meet ya, justin
