Got back in last night from South Dakota. There were 15 in our hunting party and we killed 111 peepee pheasants with only 1 hen. We saw tons of birds but they were pretty wild. We would go into the corn, milo, cane, etc.. and they would just start getting up 200-500 yards in front of us. It made for some fairly fast pace shooting though as they caught the wind and passed at about 75 MPH. We went ahead and booked a week next year at the same place. By the way Al's Oasis was superb, thank you. Hope all went well for everyone on their duck hunts and everyone came out safe.
