bleak bleak bleak

I took a trip south from I40 thru Hughes Ark. Monday afternoon. Plenty of water in every ditch and rice field. Absolutely NO DUCKS! Even the fish ponds were empty. Last year at this same time ducks were sitting in this area on top of each other.
Looks like duck hunting is gonna be hit or miss until yankeeland freezes up.
