with all the changes in government in the last few days what would you do in 2012?
If and I know its a big F'ing IF but what if now that things are more balanced in the federal gov. things start to turn arround by election, I'm not saying be fixed just moving in the right direction and really getting bettter, would you vote to keep Obama in and stay on the road that is moving in the right direction or vote him out based soley on party lines or race and risk going backwards with another crook? I know its way too early to really tell just how this will all play out but I found myself asking myself that last night and thought to myself I have always tried to vote for the best man and not along party lines or race (and the race thing is harder for me than the party lines for some reason) and as I don't agree with him on much, if the country is moving in the right direction for me that may make him the best man for the job, I don't know if I would be willing to risk the back slide with the unknown.... so what about yall.......

He is the most unexperienced, liberal, arrogant and devisive president in the modern era, and probably history, there is no way I would vote for him no matter what the economy looks like. I would take Clinton again over him any day of the week.. At least Clinton would listen to the people.. Obama just thinks the people don't get it and if he keeps shoving stuff down our throat that we don't like we will eventually learn that "he knows what is best for us"

To me (maybe not anyone else) voting for Obama just because the country is "doing good" "on Track" or whatever (which may or may not be our case) would be like shooting a Big Buck at night just to win a contest---just against my principles (not to mention breaking the law).. now he (Obama)may have not broke the law...but he for sure is against most everything I believe in....as far as "voting for the "Best MAN" the only way I would do this is if the Choice was not aligned with the Democratic Party--Best Man as per my Definition is "what he stands for" not "what track are we on" or "the shape of the Country" ie. I will not sell my vote to socialism, babykillers, Big Government, welfare,Taxing to death, Democrats even if for some magic reason ,the economy is better while they are in office...However,even though I align more with the Republican's agenda, If an INDEPENDENT ran, that I aligned with, I would vote for the "BEST MAN" in a second

Understanding that nobody, and I DO mean NO-BODY, ever goes into the office of President of the United States knowing how to be president, every single one of them has it figured out by the time of the mid-term elections. If they don't, then they end up a one term president. Our founding fathers also had a pretty good idea with that whole 'Checks and Balances' thing, so it's better if Congress and the White house are controlled by different parties.

For historical purposes, the economy didn't start to go downhill until the Democrats gained control of Congress. Once the Democrats achieved a super-majority, the economy really tanked, and the best that the Democrats can do - White House AND Congress - is to channel Comedy Central.

Further, my Congressman cannot compel attendance to a Congressional Hearing before a committee that he chairs (As in the Salayhee's before the House Committee on Homeland Security for crashing a Presidential Dinner. You forgot about that one, didn't you.) And, he has proven to me that he is quite possibly the most racist member of Congress - both houses - since the U.S. Grant Administration.

And finally, according to the ancient Myan Calendar, the world will come to an end shortly after the election anyway. There will be whailing and gnashing of teeth. The seas will swallow up whole continents. And fire will rain down from heaven.

Therefore; in 2012, I plan to vote for........

Anybody but the Democrats.
Nobody owes you anything.

HAHAHA All right I will give it a stir....I have a question. What was the reason so many Democrats were elected in 2006 and 2008 if it was not the economy?
