Overall the boat is 10' 9" long and 3' 6" wide. If I had to guess I would say it doesn't even weigh 50 lbs.
. Much much lighter than the previous boat. I copied another boat that was hand shaped out of foam and glassed like my first one. I just used that one for a mold and glassed over it, using plastic to keep the glass from bonding to the donor boat. I made it in 2 halves and joined them together. Only been in the water once with it and still am not 100% finished (have to make my seat and install hold down bungees for decoy bags), but she is really stable and very efficient to paddle. Plus I can handle it by myself. We use these types of boats in the timber and they work well. Here are a couple pics and I will add more when it is 100% finished.
