CAN WE PLEASE KEEP OUR EYE ON THE BALL?

Postby Hammer » Sun Sep 12, 2010 11:07 pm

Trevor Wall's brother- Roe Wall- shot an illegal buck on my club in violatin of my club's buck rules. Roe's buck was a 2.5 year old 107" buck as determined by two wildlfie biologists. Without that transgression or if Roe, his brother and their friends the Sandridge boys and Nick Whats His Name? had taken their medicine like men, we would not have wasted all yalls time with this thread. Everythign else is smoke and mirrors by master internet hooligans to distract readers from this reality: I did not break the rules- Roe did. My kindness in treating Roe more than fairly has been repaid with scorn because that is the kind of people we are dealing with. I give the guy a $200 break on the fines he owed me but I am a cheat?

This thread could also have ended long ago if SNOT had accepted my challenge to a boxing match to settle this, which by the way would be held on September ???, 2011- one year to the day after he launched his latest attack. I am not going to ruin my hunting season by training for a fight but come May 2, 2011, I will train everyday getting ready for him. That will also give plenty of time to properly promote the event such hat maximize funds are raised to benefit DUCKSOUTH as well as the charity of my choice since I will kick his sissy, faggot butt and thus earn the right to donate the 2/3 share to the charity of my choice.

If RCJOWENS has not convinced you and if the fact taht I have SIX current and former members wanting to get on this thread who cant get on doesnt tell you the fix is in, what can I possibly say to convince you?

Apologies if I dont get back to the thread right away- I got a radio show, food plots for clients, bush hogging for clients. etc. to tend to tomorrow. Hopefully my supporters will have been allowed in by the time I get back because I agree that this thread needs some fresh takes. 8)

I sent you a PM Alfy. My hunch is that you already know what club it is and you are just wanting to start some skirt by getting the name of the club thrown into this mess. Clearly that was a heated situation and we got one of our own right here and right now. No need to sidetrack this thread with ancillary issues. Surely you arent going to say it is not true, I made it up, yada, yada, yads are you?

Figured that would blow your mind Delta77. When in doubt just start cussing and name calling so nobody will notice you are an idiot right? Can you remember one post to the next or is every post a new post for you? SNOT said the Flora club was a rip off. I have just proven mathematically- the language of the universe, a blessing given by God to man and perhaps other life forms- that the club is in fact very fairly valued (dont let that financial markets term trip you up there Aristotle).

It was bad enough when we were dealing with one dumb ass punk and now we are dealing with two? RCJowens, you are an idiot! T logan, you skirt every question asked and change the subject about your lease? I have said nothing about what they are charging for the membership or the price of the land! I got on here to call you out for the idiot punk you are! Do you think by calling someone a punk, that it scares them or hurts there feelings? The worst part about all of this is that T Logan thinks he is right and that the rest of the world is stupid and wrong! Such an idiot!

This forum is full of good people. There are doctors, lawyers, bankers, people in insurance and investments, and their are people who have skilled labor jobs. I've been on this forum close to seven or eight years and met some of the best people I know. For a newbie to come on and start bashing people because of their occupation shows a level of condescension and arrogance that heretofore has not been on this forum. When one of the first things someone does in a discussion is to belittle someone because they do not meet up to their perceived level of education or sophistication, it mitigates anything they have to say from that point forward.

Once again, I didn't bash ANYONE about their level of education or job. Those folks are doing a pretty good job of making their intelligence known on a public forum. Then I apologized for hurting anyone's feelings...if indeed that happened. Now I am saying that if someone would like to call me an idiot, it's a reflection of their ignorance. I will say this again. I hope you folks can get back to work so that you don't have as much free time to name call like teenage girls, on a silly internet chat room. I think they have made laws to keep folks from bullying other folks on the internet. You can be a mighty big man on a chat room forum.... Bullydog, I'll be glad to introduce myself in person and you can call me what you like.

Look guys, this is what these butt clowns do, and did on the state forum. They post something stupidly useless...ruffle a few feathers, then, post something stupidly useless again. They side step the issues, post a little more " blah blah blah", and on and on and on. Butt clown #1 goes back, edits his post, or, deletes it all togather...then, post some more useless crap about a 65 year old man sucker punching some kid. If ya cant get the old man on here....how about the kid?...Lemme guess...cant happen. Then, butt clown #2 calls us a bunch of unemployed contruction workers and ladies, says "IM OUT" and comes right back with more useless crap. Y'all need ta get on back to your deer "club" and finish off the circle jerk y'all started...Y'all have a nice day

Some of these folks should have their computer usage restricted to email and MS Paint until their higher thinking skills develop (if ever). Maybe just an etch a sketch would be a better alternative.

Maybe you need to go back to reading teenage girl's Facebook pages that seems like the best place for you...

yep! sounds like a good idea. I've accomplished what I signed up to do, and I've become bored with this. I wish you ladies the best of luck in your future postings (you could pick up some fresh ideas from some of those teenage girls on FB to use on your post). Hopefully the economy will pick up and you guys can get back on those construction jobs and off these weak gossip boards!

Cheers!

If I recall, you are the one that brought this up and who knows to why this was important to the this thread. I do not have a dog in this race but I have read every post and it seems you have brought up numerous other people and events that didn't have anything to do with the topic on hand

B- Have you ever seen a copy of our final rules or just the draft rules that have been posted on the internet (illegally of course)?

C- Based on our deer observation data, 20" main beam at BRHC would mean five-ten 2.5 year old bucks in first year, four-five 3.5 year old bucks in first year and one-two 4.5 year old bucks in first year. That would be anywhere from 10 to 17 bucks in the first year off 900+/- acres. We wuld continue to kill the 2.5 year old component but older age classes would deteriorate rapidly and my neighbors who all have trophy management guidelines would never talk to me again. That is not what me or the guys in the club are looking for. But thanks for your post because it speaks volumes. That is exactly what the average MS deer hunter is looking for and there is nothing wrong with it but we have different approach. As such, your club has waiting list and I generally have some openings. Some years a bunch of openigns and other years only one opening. Depends on many variables beyond my control but what I can control I do and we do the best we can wtih what we got to work with.

Besides how many clubs do you know where you can drop your kid off at the daycare, drop your wife off at a historic walking trail, go to work at HCC or in Raymond, then come hunt that afternoon and listent to the Raymond High School band and HCC band practice while you hunt and have a chance to kill a state record buck? Teh food is there, the generics are there and the buck is there- someday we will luck up and kill him. In the interim, we do everythign possible to hunt safely in terms of ourselves and the cars, houses and walkers around us, enjoy watching our deer, kill a few of them and have a great time in the process.

Yep we have guest fees as most clubs I know so a guest can't just come every time thus taking away from actual paying members. As for 20in main beams.......You must know more than Anderson Tully and 60,000 continuous acres that are all managed the same. Unless your deer grow a lot differently our age class of deer harvested that meet 20in beam length have NO PROBLEM being well over 3 1/2 yrs old.

Someone that claims they were a past member of your club stated you told him and others to ignore state laws reguarding muzzleloaders. Was this guy Lying???

They WERE NOT lying! That is a fact. Of course P Logan will deny it just like every other lie he's told.

He did everything possible to avoid a confrontation but the kid finally got way up in his face so my friend cold cocked him. One punch- knocked him right on out. A month later the club voted to kick my friend out of the club becaue he threw the first punch.

My friend is 65 years old. He had a triple bypass in early August. He is a Christian sportsman and one of the finest deer hunters that has ever lived in this state. He stood his ground and fought to protect his pea patch (lentils in The Book) against the Phillistines. There is a cost involved anytime you take a stand but I would rather die with honour than live with shame. THat is the difference between us and yall. You young punks have no honour. You have no concept of the term. To fill that void, you try to take bigger men down to build yourselves up. I pity you.

Hammer, what hunting club was this at?

Since you won't answer my question, I can only assume this is the same incident I know about. There is not one bit of information in your first paragraph that's true. Your "friend" was the only person to get cold cocked as you call it. As the story goes: The older man had been running his mouth about the younger man's girlfriend. The 21 year old (punk generation as you call it) had finally gotten enough when the older guy called his girlfriend a (insert explicit). The younger guy got up, smoked the guy right in the face and laid him out. From what I was told, it took him a minute to come to. There were several witnesses as this took place in the camp house and I know most of them. I figured I would set the story straight about your friend. I'm not trying to knock the camp, so why not at least give me the initials of the club so we can be sure we talking about the same incident. No sense in dragging other parties into this discussion like you have already done. I could give two schitds about this thread, but I feel you should be called out on the truth of the story since you posted it. I'm still trying to figure out why you posted this?
