Trevor Wall's brother- Roe Wall- shot an illegal buck on my club in violatin of my club's buck rules. Roe's buck was a 2.5 year old 107" buck as determined by two wildlfie biologists. Without that transgression or if Roe, his brother and their friends the Sandridge boys and Nick Whats His Name? had taken their medicine like men, we would not have wasted all yalls time with this thread. Everythign else is smoke and mirrors by master internet hooligans to distract readers from this reality: I did not break the rules- Roe did. My kindness in treating Roe more than fairly has been repaid with scorn because that is the kind of people we are dealing with. I give the guy a $200 break on the fines he owed me but I am a cheat?

This thread could also have ended long ago if SNOT had accepted my challenge to a boxing match to settle this, which by the way would be held on September ???, 2011- one year to the day after he launched his latest attack. I am not going to ruin my hunting season by training for a fight but come May 2, 2011, I will train everyday getting ready for him. That will also give plenty of time to properly promote the event such hat maximize funds are raised to benefit DUCKSOUTH as well as the charity of my choice since I will kick his sissy, faggot butt and thus earn the right to donate the 2/3 share to the charity of my choice.

If RCJOWENS has not convinced you and if the fact taht I have SIX current and former members wanting to get on this thread who cant get on doesnt tell you the fix is in, what can I possibly say to convince you?

Apologies if I dont get back to the thread right away- I got a radio show, food plots for clients, bush hogging for clients. etc. to tend to tomorrow. Hopefully my supporters will have been allowed in by the time I get back because I agree that this thread needs some fresh takes.

This forum is full of good people. There are doctors, lawyers, bankers, people in insurance and investments, and their are people who have skilled labor jobs. I've been on this forum close to seven or eight years and met some of the best people I know. For a newbie to come on and start bashing people because of their occupation shows a level of condescension and arrogance that heretofore has not been on this forum. I've been on this forum close to seven or eight years and met some of the best people I know. For a newbie to come on and start bashing people because of their occupation shows a level of condescension and arrogance that heretofore has not been on this forum. Once again, I didn't bash ANYONE about their level of education or job. Those folks are doing a pretty good job of making their intelligence known on a public forum. yep! sounds like a good idea. I've accomplished what I signed up to do, and I've become bored with this. C- Based on our deer observation data, 20" main beam at BRHC would mean five-ten 2.5 year old bucks in first year, four-five 3.5 year old bucks in first year and one-two 4.5 year old bucks in first year. That would be anywhere from 10 to 17 bucks in the first year off 900+/- acres. We wuld continue to kill the 2.5 year old component but older age classes would deteriorate rapidly and my neighbors who all have trophy management guidelines would never talk to me again. That is not what me or the guys in the club are looking for. But thanks for your post because it speaks volumes. That is exactly what the average MS deer hunter is looking for and there is nothing wrong with it but we have different approach. As such, your club has waiting list and I generally have some openings. Some years a bunch of openigns and other years only one opening. Depends on many variables beyond my control but what I can control I do and we do the best we can wtih what we got to work with.

Besides how many clubs do you know where you can drop your kid off at the daycare, drop your wife off at a historic walking trail, go to work at HCC or in Raymond, then come hunt that afternoon and listent to the Raymond High School band and HCC band practice while you hunt and have a chance to kill a state record buck? Teh food is there, the generics are there and the buck is there- someday we will luck up and kill him. In the interim, we do everythign possible to hunt safely in terms of ourselves and the cars, houses and walkers around us, enjoy watching our deer, kill a few of them and have a great time in the process.

THE PUNK GENERATION: A dear friend of mine was in a camp near Lorman/Port Gibson the last couple of years. Late last deer season, a 21 year old kid in the club started messing wth him. He did everything possible to avoid a confrontation but the kid finally got way up in his face so my friend cold cocked him. One punch- knocked him right on out. A month later the club voted to kick my friend out of the club becaue he threw the first punch.

My friend is 65 years old. He had a triple bypass in early August. He is a Christian sportsman and one of the finest deer hunters that has ever lived in this state. He stood his ground and fought to protect his pea patch (lentils in The Book) against the Phillistines. There is a cost involved anytime you take a stand but I would rather die with honour than live with shame. THat is the difference between us and yall. You young punks have no honour. You have no concept of the term. To fill that void, you try to take bigger men down to build yourselves up. I pity you.

Since you won't answer my question, I can only assume this is the same incident I know about. There is not one bit of information in your first paragraph that's true. Your "friend" was the only person to get cold cocked as you call it. As the story goes: The older man had been running his mouth about the younger man's girlfriend. The 21 year old (punk generation as you call it) had finally gotten enough when the older guy called his girlfriend a (insert explicit). The younger guy got up, smoked the guy right in the face and laid him out. From what I was told, it took him a minute to come to. There were several witnesses as this took place in the camp house and I know most of them. I figured I would set the story straight about your friend. I'm not trying to knock the camp, so why not at least give me the initials of the club so we can be sure we talking about the same incident. No sense in dragging other parties into this discussion like you have already done. I could give two schitds about this thread, but I feel you should be called out on the truth of the story since you posted it. I'm still trying to figure out why you posted this?
