barking problems

Postby macy » Sat Aug 21, 2010 11:49 am

I have a 10 month old male lab that when he is in his kennel he will not stop barking. It is worse in the morning about 0630. I work nights, so I usually work with him when I get home, which is about 0630. The problems is that on the days I don't work he is up and ready to work/play way to early. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to stop it. I was thinking about one of the no bark collars, but don't know if they really work.

A muzzle also works great. After having it pt on a time or two while he is barking and having it left on for quite a few hours he will figure it out.
