***MADISON AREA CHILD LURING ALERT!!!***

I got this in an email on Monday from my HO Assoc.
There has been an incident in Bradford Place- off Hoy Road of a man pulling up next to a young girl (about 8 yrs old) and asking her questions. When she dropped her scooter and ran home through neighboring yards, the man got out of his car with only boxers and his “private parts” exposed. According to the Madison police and detectives, they had not caught the man as of Sunday. The child is fine and has given the police all the information she can remember about the incident. They are investigating. The man was driving a mid-size car (like a Toyota, Honda, etc.) in a neutral color, like taupe or beige or gold.

ON 08-04-2010 MADISON POLICE RECEIVED AND RESPONDED TO A REPORT IN SHERBOURNE SUBDIVISION THAT A WHITE MALE APPROXIMATELY 40-50 YEARS OF AGE, DRIVING A GOLD COLORED FOUR DOOR CAR, HAD APPROACHED AN NINE YEAR OLD CHILD WALKING WITH A FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD. THE MAN DROVE ALONG IN HIS CAR AND MOTIONED THE CHILDREN TO COME TO HIM WITH HIS HAND. THE CHILDREN RAN TO A FRIENDS HOUSE AND REPORTED THE INCIDENT. THE MAN DROVE AWAY IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION. THE CHILD DESCRIBED THE MAN AS 40-50 YEARS OLD WITH GRAY HAIR AND WITH FACIAL HAIR.

The little girl that he approached today is a friend of my daughter. Not sure if it's true or not, but according to a friend of mine in Sherbourne, this was the 9th different report to the cops on this guy. They are not publishing it but the cops told the parents of the girl today that he is a flasher.
Madison PD needs to catch this sicko before I do!

I'd settle for castration. I don't understand how people actually aren't on board with making mandetory castration for all child molestors. I guarantee they wouldn't be repeat offenders.
