WELLLLLL - You wanted rain

I just made a week round trip from Brandon to Grenada,Southaven,Olive Branch,Tupelo, Carthage, Meridian and back to Brandon.

Every field, creek, lake and river was at it's peak.

Temps are still high and mega water, Not really duck hunting weather for me. I will be passing up this opening weekend to chase deer at Panther and Morgan Brake. Hope you boys have a good start and I'll be in the swamps moving around in my new piroque.
Maybe the weather and water will get better next weekend....

right you are Duckmen.... reckon we all prayed a little too hard and at the same time one day last week ?? last year someone made the remark to be careful what we prayed for... we have someone lookin after us, and there is a reason.....

Man, I will be out there in the middle of it this weekend. What stinks is that I have a blind stuck in a field in Quittman Co. and that baby wont be coming out for a month or so! Good luck to all..... Remember the oldl saying, "too much of a good thing can be bad?"
