Another lesson in life

Today i received a package and wondered what in the world i ordered or did my wife buy that she did not tell me about . But to my surprise it was addressed to me , so i opened it . I almost fell in the floor , there had to be a BIG mistake with this package . Well my name was spelled right and it was the right size , and i knew the dogs name very well . I also knew she had reached 500 points , and i was proud of her beyond words .

But the mistake or the (mistake i thought was made) was she does not belong to me anymore , except in my heart . She belongs to one of the finest men i have ever met in my life . For you see i lost my dad when i was a teenager BUT i have been treated like a son by this man since we met . And he has taught me another lesson in life , (HE) had them send me the jacket . He thought of me and included me in their acheivement .

You always hear about doing for others , but when it happens to you ,well im 52 and to say i did not shed a tear of joy would be a lie . So i have been blessed with a great friend and im proud of him beyond words . And cant wait to ware (our) 500 point jacket that reads (HRCH TESS) on it .

And many of you know this friend of mine and for those that dont he is none other than Mr. Bob McCall .
