I'm gonna go out on a limb here. There just might be more to the story. Notice we know more about the shooter ex Marine, etc. than the guy that got shot. "Devoted father of two with one on the way" With the picture that was posted with the "Urban" look I got the impression there might be more to this guy than the press is telling.
