It seems like the only reason "The Reverend" runs for president is so that when he goes on political commentary shows he can have "formal presidential candidate" by his name. I think he believes it makes him seem more credible. The worst thing is that we are paying Sharpton 100k to gain this title. The FEC is apparently giving him the money even though he is currently being investigated for loans that Sharpton the candidate gave Sharpton the activist preacher. Also, I think I heard that he was stalling getting out of the race while trying to make a deal with Kerry to relieve his almost 500k in campaign debt. But to look on the bright side, he did have a pretty good line in "Mr. Deeds"
